OBGYN Dr. Shanti Vennam's  Response
Your medical condition is related to the way you work and the way you deal with yourself. Your blood pressure can be controlled by altering your dietary habits, with less intake of beverages, salt, baked items and alcohol. Try practicing meditation, exercise and take medicines for controlling cholesterol after consulting your physician. take care.
