Answer 4 is quite good. You can do the following in case it turns out that you have high BP
after taking BP at least 3 times -
Stop drinking water or other liquids after sports when your body is heated.
Stop drinking water or other liquids with meals or after meals for 4 hours. Do not sleep for at least 2 hours after a meal.
When you drink water on full stomach you have acids that leak from your system and gets deposited with Fat and other things outside your Intestineal track. Over a period of time this deposit crosses a limit. To maintain the acids outside the Intestinal track more water is stores along with acids. That causes the blood vessels to narrow down and result in High BP. So in case there are no acid leaks (you drink only on empty stomach) your BP will come down.
To verify the above you can do the following:-
Drink 3 glasses of water with meals and immediately thereafter go to bed. Get up after 1 to 2 hours and observe your thrist levels.
Next day take your last glass of water at 6 PM and do not go to bed untill 10 PM. Get up after 1 to 2 hours and check your thrist levels.
If you can not find a difference, do it 4-5 times over next few days and vary the time to get up from 15 minutes, 30 min 45 minutes 60 min 90 min.
In case you find that your thirst levels are high when you drank 3 glasses of water while going to bed, that proves my point. Due to acid leaks temporarily your blood fluid increases to maintain the acid levels of the blood. The increase is caused by taking water from other cells of the body.
That gives a thirst indication.
This increase in blood acids is managed by leaking out the acids out of blood fluids after few hours and so you will not feel anything in the morning. So it is important to check at various times.
This is the only time bomb which kills every body after few years may be 50 to 80.
