BP 144/75 And Heart Rate 75,should I Be Concerned?
my BP is 144/77 HR 75 i am at work so a little stressy but normally this main remain so throughout the day Mornings give good and pleasant readings i think 125/134-70/82 HR 62 cause for worry is this?

your readings are normal in morning.
YES, SURELY Stress has effect on BP and also on other body systems.
If BP varies directly affects the heart. So try to keep your self cool , cause health is wealth. If your variations persist for more days then consult a physician for opinion and to rule out other systemic diseases.

Thanks for the query.
Blood pressure varies according to age ,medical conditions and diurnal variations too.During the early morning generally it is less and during the afternoon and evening it tends to be higher due to various activities,work etc...Also you will need to check for various medical conditions like anxiety,heart disease,diabetes etc..140/80 will be normal reading for 40 to 50 age group.You might need to get examined by a physician and take a few more reading manually.
