Avoidance Of Dairy Products After Particular Medications
while taking microdox dt 100mg doctors avoid to take dairy produts . how much gap between them. also please tell me to take the morning and evening timings for good results.

Dear Friend,
Doxycycline should be avoided with milk products because they decrease its absorption from stomach.
However, some people have abdominal discomfort with Doxy, so they take it with milk.
You can take milk after 3-4 hours of taking doxycycline.
It is helpful if you take it with 1 glass of water.
About timings you can take both doses at 12 hrs interval like 9 am and 9pm.. keeping a little gap with meals.
