I am suffering from Asthenozoospermia.My semen analysis report is as follpws_morphology _ normal- 85%, abnormal- 15%, abnormality in head-02%,abnormality in neck-02% ,abnormality tail-03%,degenerated form-07%, immature form-01%,pus cell-:2-4/HPF,epithelial cell:2-3/HPF,RBC:2-3/HPF, After 1 hour. motil: 80%,nonmotil:20%,prpgressive:65%,nonprogressive:15%

Your semen has infection.Normally semen doesn't contain WBC,RBC and epithelial cells. You need proper antibiotics for it.So,you should consult your doctor.
Morphology and motility of sperms are normal.
Motility criteria is 50% after one hour.You report shows 80% motility.So,confirm it.
