Arm Numbness, Prescribed Hypertensive Medicines, Have Fracture In Collar Bone

Hi my father was just release from the hospital last monday, he had hypertension and he was prescribe hypertensive medicines, now he complains that hes right arm numb. We had ges citiscan when we were atthe hospital and accdg to the reault he had small clot on hes left brain and no need for operation accdg to the physicial these can be treated with medicines citicolene i guess. We brought him o the hospital again this morning and hes blood pressue is 100/70. Im worried can this be something serious the numbness that he felt on his right arm, to add he also have fracture on his right colar bone due to accident and he is waring a sling.
