A normal scan is reassuring. / You need MRA (MRI angiography) of carotid and vertebral artery systems – to evaluate narrowing and clots. / You have to be followed up by a neurologist. You may also need HOLTER (24 to 48 hour ambulatory monitoring) – for arrhythmia / ECHOcardiogram – to exclude source of emboli. The body's balancing mechanism is in the inner ear. An ENT (Ear Nose Throat) specialist should be consulted to evaluate the contribution of the ear. You have not stated your personal habits, family history, or co-morbidities, even age, gender...which could have an influence on the diagnosis and outcome... Anti-platelet drugs like aspirin and/or clopidogrel may help in the meanwhile
Take care Wishing speedy recovery God bless Good luck
