Are White Blisters On The Knee A Cause For Concern?

Hello, I have always had issues with my skin such as red blotches on my legs and sometimes my arms when im in the sun or after a hot shower and my hands turn really red and people always ask why( Every since I was young). Now I have a reoccurring white kind of blister on my knee that may be because of cholesterol according to a facebook ad. On top of that, on the bottom of one of my toes is a hard spot where when it is taken off, there is a hole and often dried blood is inside. Am i over reacting about some of this or should I see a doctor?

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of white blisters on knee. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like Angioedema or Impetigo. It could be due to clogged pores of skin and due to frictional heat produced by rubbing of clothes. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to keep your knee area in hot water tub with espom salt , apply over the counter antibiotics cream and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain. You should wear loose clothes. Consult dermatologist if condition doesn't get well . Doctor may prescribe antibacterial or antifungal depending upon the diagnosis . Doctor may also refer you to endocrinologist for diabetes like problem .
