hii doctor i was operated for kidney stone last year in october. it was a calcium oxalate stone. i wanted to know can i start with whey and creatine now as i am looking for serious body building. and what should be my maximum protein intake thanks in advance

You can take 0.8 grams of protein per kg of body waight. If you start whey protein make sure to drink lots of water also about 8 glasses of water or more
