Are Weight Gain, Indigestion And Bile Reflux Due To Steriod Shot On Elbow?
Last December I had a steriod shot in my elbow for limited motion and pain. I had another in July. Since then I gained 30 pounds in three months. Now water retention or swelling all over. I started having indigestion real bad and had an upper GI scope. Now I just started meds for bile reflux. Any idea what would cause all these changes to my health since January? I m 43 year old female.

it could be a case of GERD
in my opinion you should start with tab pantoprazole 40 mg wit antacids to reduce stomach hyperacidity
try to reduce body weight by dietary restriction and regular physical exercises.
get an ultrasound of abdomen, it could be a case of gall stone
avoid fatty and fried food
