Are Urinary Incontinence And Stomach Pain Suggestive Of Having Diverticulitis?

Hello my doc thinks I may have diverticulitis I m on flagyl & cipro I go for a Cat scan tomorrow I do.not have the runs anymore but can t control my urine very bad low stomach pain I have to wear a pull up when I get up it just runs out could I have strained my pelvic muscle I have to put on a new pull up on every time I stand up. I have never had anything like this before, should I wait till tomorrow or go or get medical help now? Went to the doctor Friday after having a very bad night with my bowels. Thank you Sharon

I really appreciate your concern, from the history given here it does not seems to be diverticulitis, taking antibiotic may not helps, over symptoms seems nonspecific may not be due to any pathology in my opinion just wait for some time may every thing would be okay if not then you can go for some investigations, hope this information helps.
