Are Two Dosage Of Clexane Safe?

Hi,
I'm going to take Clexane 1h before my flight ( one injection) and then 3 weeks after when I'm coming back.
I would like to have a tattoo during my trip but I'm wondering if there is any risks because of the 2 injection ( one before and one after) ?

There is no risk with tattoos but in cases of some deeper skin lacerations,there may be some pronounced bleeding but nothing significant if tattoos are done properly.
