Are Tiredness, Low Libido And Reduced Facial Hair Symptoms Of Low Testosterone?

Hi, I m actually only 20 but I ve noticed that I ve been lacking energy, I don t really feel like having sex anymore and my facial hair stop growing after I shaved. All of this has been happening for the passed year, is it because I have low testosterone?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Low testosterone is characterized by absence of facial hair, axillary and pubic hair.
The development of genitalia like penis and scrotum is also not proper.
Deepening of voice which usually develops around puberty in boys is also not there.
However, you have mentioned that your facial hair grew but the growth is less after you shaved.
This could be due to fine texture of the hair.
Low energy and decreased desire to have sex could be due to some other reason.
I suggest you to get complete hemogram done to look for hemoglobin.
Low hemoglobin is a common cause of low energy, tiredness and fatigue.
In case hemoglobin level is low, peripheral blood smear examination needs to be done to know the type of anemia.

Thanks and take care
