Are There Medications To Curtail The Development Of Bulla?

Hello I am Julius a medical student in Hainan Medical University , My brother has a problem with his pulmonary region , and has had a bullectomy surgery , however he seeks to purchase drugs that could help him curtail the development of the bulla and keep him healthy

Thanks for your question on HCM. In my opinion your brother is suffering from bullous lung disease. It is idiopathic in nature. And surgery is needed if patient is symptomatic. Following things to be done post operatively to stay healthy.
1. Inhaled bronchodilators regularly.
2. Pulmonary vaccination like pneumococcal and H.influenzae for prevention of infection.
3. Smoking cessation if smoker.
4. Enroll in pulmonary rehabilitation center and start physiotherapy (chest) and deep breathing exercise.
5. Regular (6 monthly) PFT to evaluate your lung functions.
