Are There Any Vitamin Supplements That Ill Lighten The Skin Naturally?

I was wondering if taking ivory caps glutathione (six caps a day) and vitamin c to lighten my skin will affect my arthritis. I am on Tylenol arthritis and am eighteen. Will this affect my meds? Is there also a product or vitamin that will lighten my skin naturally? I am of multicultural descent (Scottish- Caribbean)

Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HCM.

Supplements containing Vitamins like A, D, and E are important in maintaining the skin texture and the color.
You may continue to use Tylenol for your joint pains, it will affect these vitamins.
Glutathione is usually prescribed to overcome the toxicity caused by the drugs like Acetaminophen (Tylenol).

Hope this answers your query.
