hello sir am 22 years old(boy), am doing masturbation since 10 years.1)am addicted to it, plz give me a solution to stop it.2)by doing it daily is it going to effect in future 3)day by day time of masturbation has decreased, why it happnd? 4)is masturbation is directly related to weight 5)by doi this regularly, is it goi to effect in pregnancy or child.plz suggest me

I have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns.....
As far as masturbation is concerned general consensus of sexologists is that it is a healthy sexual activity if practiced in normal limits. They agree that it should not be more than two times per week. You have to reduce it to two per week.

The time which has decreased is actually a side effect of over masturbation. If you are married, it also affects the quality of semen which make it difficult to get your partner pregnant...
I don't think its relationship with change in body weight...
So decrease its frequency and engage yourself in other healthy physical activities.
I only touched its medical issues not the religious aspects...
