Are There Any Chances Of STD Transmission Through Non Penetrative Sex?

Hi, I hope that you will have the time to answer my question. I am a female and have never had sex of any kind - vaginal, anal or oral. Over a year and a half ago I was kissing my boyfriend while both of us were fully clothed. He placed my hand under his pants and on his penis and began to rub it. It was for a very short time - there were no fluids. I had no cuts on my hand. I have had no signs of any STDs. However, I was unaware that STDs could possibly be transmitted in this way. Could an STD have been transmitted to my hand? Am I at risk for anything? Please help me, I am drowning in anxiety!!
