General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The following conclusions can be drawn based on the semen analysis report you have furnished.
1. Physical characteristics like appearance, and pH appears normal.
2. Viscosity and liquification time is more.
3. Microscopy is showing some cells, which could indicate the presence of infection.
4. Total sperm count is less than normal.
5. Sperm motility is also below normal.
6. Sperm morphology with normal forms are also less in number.
Hence, the fertility index seems to be very low by means of the above findings.
However, it could be tried for improvement by treating possibility of infection with a course of appropriate antibiotics. Also taking some of the nutrients along with like L-carnitine, Alpha lipoic acid, CoQ10, Vitamin E, Selenium, Lecithin and Zinc as supplements along with, which should help to regain sperm morphology features and its functioning capacity.
After a period of one month, semen analysis can be repeated to look for the response to the treatment as well as improvement.
Kindly consult Infertility specialist to review the report and administer the treatment accordingly.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
