Hi welcome to health care magic.

Here two positive finding are present .....
First having high pus cells in urine....
Normally it is up to 1 to 2 per high power field.
Second epithelial cells more...

So you are having yes acute urinary tract infection ....
Get your USG abdomen also to check for pyelonephritis like condition.

Take levofloxacin or cefixime like antibiotic for approx 7 to 10 days.

Drink lots of fluid.
More water and fruit juice.
Excess spicy avoided.
Cranberry juice extract tablet available can be taken....

If needed Urine culture done.

You can consult physician for that.

Take care.
