Are Swollen Eyelids And Pressure Behind The Right Eye Serious Causes For Concern?

I woke up at 5 am this morning with a migraine and took a triptan and Fioricet and finally went back to sleep and had horrible nightmares. Now today, I ve had constant, excessive tearing from my right eye and have also noticed my eyelid swelling along with pressure behind my eye and some pain in the back right side of my head. Is this something that I should be worried about?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Looks like a case of sinusitis.
I would recommend water vapor inhalation with some over the counter cold medication like Cetirizine and Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen for pain.
If your symptoms are not relieved or the swelling and pain increases, then I would recommend a visit to your doctor so that some tests could be done.
hope you feel better soon, thank you.
