Are Spotting, Abdominal Pain, Bloating And Weight Gain Pregnancy Symptoms?

Hi my name is Samantha I ve missed my period and I had brown and red bleeding between my period cycle I ve stopped my pills last month on feb 29 didn t take any and had sex 10 times this month I ve had a lot of cramps and bloating and I ve eaing more and gained weight and been moody and tiered more and my left boob had gotten a little bigger and my nipples sting a little and I hav abdominal pain during sex and i feel something isn t right and my bf had no STDS and I have no problems with my vergina could I be pregnant?

The symptoms you are experiencing with missed periods could be due to pregnancy.
Kindly take a urine pregnancy test to know about its status. You could get it confirmed by means of clinical examination by Gynecologist and Ultrasound scan of pelvis.
