Are Soya Products And Lentils Advisable For Shingles?
I am experiencing a bad outbreak of shingles and am getting lots of contradictory messages re legumes, soy products, lentils, nuts and seeds. Many sources say to avoid them because of their high arginine content. Other sources stress their high lysine content and say they are very good for dealing with shingles. Where s the balance here?
