Are Soreness, Swelling And Bruising In Ankle Symptoms Of A Fracture ?
rolled ankle twice four days and is still sore to walk on without limping and is showing bruising in different areas and has still got some swelling and has a tingly feelings going through it? what have i done?

if it not subsides with pain killer and local rest,then consult orthopedician
it seems to be sprain.the pain or swelling should not increse day by day

Hi,thanks for query.It must be ankle sprain.Means pulling and stretching of leg muscles.Take proper rest,elevate it on a pillow while sleeping,take some pain medication.If there is not relief then you might need an x-ray.bye.
