Are Solid Foods Advised In Patients With High Liver Enzyme?

F child 2y/o, elavated liver enzymes-AST and ALT, negitive hepatis serologies: doesnt want to eat, regressed to only taking pedisure by bottle, no solid foods, itching, sleep restless, U/S results pending but suspected cyst- also multiple chronic OM: should we be trying to get her to eat solid foods at this point? weight loss is of a concern
