Hi there was diagnosed with skin cellulitis last Monday been taking antibiotics and anti inflammatory tablets redness is near but all gone but now can feel two small hard lumps under skin should I return to doctor or wait till finished course of tablets about 3. More days

There might be having cellulitis localized and infection is controlled.
Continue antibiotic medicine course till finished.
Gradually it will be absorbed.
Apply ice pack for few days.
Ok and take care.
