Are Slight, Non-painful Vibrations In Heart A Sign Of HFrEF?
I have been experiencing slight vibrations across the upper left side of of my heart and sometimes from the right to left. They are not painful . At first I thought it was my cellphone vibrationing in my suit coat pocket . I do have heart discease , and have Injection fraction between 38 to 45.

HFrEF is a completely different entity and it does not employ here as you are telling your ejection fraction is between 38 to 45 % which means your Heart function is moderately low.. I would like to suggest you to meet a cardiologist personally and take his opinion.
I would like to repeat an EKG and a Echocardiogram for you.
