Are Sinus Arrhythmia, Marked Left Axis Deviation And Minor Inferior Repolarizations Disturbance A Matter Of Concern?

My EKG says: sinus arrhythmia, marked left axis deviation consistene with LAFB RSR in V1 and V2, low QRS voltage in precordial leads, minor inferior repolarizations disturbance, consider ischemia, LV overload or aspecific change, flat or low negative T in aVF with negative T in lll, minimal right-precordial reploarization disturbance, consider feminine pattern, flat or low negative T in V2 V3, ECG without significant abnormalities. What does all this mean?

Hi,

You are probably having IHD (ischemic heart disease). A common symptom is chest pain or discomfort which may travel into the shoulder, arm, back, neck, or jaw.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Rakesh Rai
