Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You seem to have post inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH). I advice you to protect your skin from sun. Use a broad spectrum sunscreen, throughout the day. At night you may use a skin lightening cream e.g Kojic acid based cream or Hydroquinone based cream on PIH.

Regards.

Let me know if you need any more assistance.
