Are Runny Nose, Fever And Thick Green Phlegm Normal In A Child After Vaccination?

My 18month old daughter recently received her vaccination. After a couple of days she had a running nose and had fever for two days. We gave her some panadol and she is much better now. I had been breastfeeding her and felt sick soon after. Had taken panadol for the fever too but then developed a very bad sore throat. Have had this sore throat for about five days now and this morning noticed streaks of blood with the phlegm that I had coughed out. The phlegm was thick and green but after coughing out a few times, the mucus is now clear and transparent but I do see little streaks of blood with the spit. I am a little bit worried as to what is the cause of this.
