General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, I really appreciate your concern. Sudden or acute drop in blood pressure could be due to dehydration, bleeding, high or low body temperature, any reaction to drugs, allergic reaction. Many a times low BP could be due to sudden change in posture leading to postural hypotension.
You are having blotches on arm and low blood pressure. So I think you have allergic reaction to some food or other allergen. In this case you should take anti-allergic medication available in the market. If the rashes are severe then you should consult your physician because sometimes allergic reactions can be fatal.
Hope my answer has solved your query. Take Care.
Thank you.
