Are Pinkish Vaginal Discharge And Blood Clots Causes For Concern During Pregnancy?

Hi, I am 7 weeks pregnant and yesterday & today I have had a very light pink discharge. Not a lot but enough to worry me. I also had a small (about 1mm x1mm) clot this afternoon when I went to the toilet that was red. No bleeding or cramps. I am extremely worried. Could you please help?

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Pink discharge with blood clots during early weeks of pregnancy certainly needs evaluation and care as it could lead to miscarriage.
Kindly get an ultrasound scan done to know what is the status of pregnancy.
You need to take strict bed rest and avoid physical activities which could lead to exhaustion.
Drink good quantity of fluids and eat healthy diet. Avoid mental stress.
Kindly consult Gynecologist with the report for evaluation and management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
