Are Nodular Densities In The Left Apical Lobe A Cause For Concern?
Hi, i have findings in my CXR, which is nodular densities in the left apical lobe. Apicolordotic view is suggested. I had my sputum afb its all negativr and currently not experiencing any signs and symptoms. Do I need to be worried about it? Do i have PTB? Am I contagious? Thank you

For that nodular density you can investigate with sputum culture if needed to rule out organism if need to be detected after physical examination.
If you have no clinical sign and symptoms than it can be old healed lesion post infectious.
I need to know your smoking and occupational history.
If you have clinical symptoms than antibiotic course can be prescribed .
provide your all reports as attachment to give more comment
