Are Nocturnal Emissions With Penis Glans Burning Pain Normal?

The following recount is just representative of one occasion this happened. So last night i woke up at around 3am due to a wet dream. I can still remember the dream itself and also remember the feeling that i was ejaculating in the dream. Mid-ejaculation, my consciousness kicked in and i woke up when i realized what i was doing. But upon waking in the middle of the ejaculation my penis head started to burn intensly. I swear i could even feel it when i was still in the dream as the ejaculation was beginning. It felt like it was coming from the underside of the tip especially. The pain subsided once my erection went down but when i went to pee a few minutes later the pain was still there. This never happens when i ejaculate awake, ONLY from wet dreams. As i said before it has happened for every wet dream ive ever had, even the wet dreams that i had well over a year ago this same burning upon waking has persisted. Why only from wet dreams? For some reason i feel that it has to do with the fact that i am waking up mid-ejaculation with the intention of stopping it, interrupting the process? I have read other answers such as not enough water or you were lying on it or UTI but none of these make sense. Water shortage cant explain why it only happens in wet dreams, not ejaculations while im awake. And i certainly wasnt lying on my erection, i was on my back so thats not it either. UTI also seems unlikely to me due to the fact that, again, it only happens with wet dreams. If i had a UTI, wouldnt it hurt to pee and ejaculate while awake as well? It has to be something to do with me waking up in the middle of the moment, sleep suddenly aborted during the ejaculation by my consciousness kicking in? This is very strange and i d like your opinion please. Not a single wet dream where it wasn t painful.

Hi,

Burning pain is indicative of a urinary tract infection so you need to undergo a routine as well as a microscopy test. Nocturnal emission is normal. Are you married?

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
