Are Nausea, Headaches And Abdominal Discomfort Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hi there.. My wife is experiencing pregnancy symptons like nausea, headaches, discomfort in bottom right of belly and cramps. It s now 12 days since her period should have started but no signs yet. However, Home Pregnancy Tests show negative results. Can all this be because of anything other than pregnancy?

False negative Home pregnancy Test are common and there are still chances of pregnancy but There are so many other causes of delayed periods including THYROID DISORDER , HORMONAL IMBALANCE , CERTAIN MEDICATION EXCESSIVE EXERCISE , ANY ILLNESS OR STRESS
and it needs thorough medical check up and investigations to spot a confirm diagnosis

so i would strongly suggest you to see a Gynecologist ,He/ she will do a blood test to determine pregnancy and if that is also negative than she may go for all other necessary medical investigations to rule out underlying medical condition
