Are Myelofibrosis And Low RBC Level The Reasons For Erectile Dysfunction?

I have developed myelo-fibrosis with accompanying lower levels of red blood cells and hematology. When this began a year and a half ago, I began having fewer and weaker erections. Is there a connection? I am 77 years young and want to give my wife much more pleasure than I now can. What are your thoughts?
