i am 34 years old yesterday i going check my semen count. my report --------colour -pale white- reaction alkaline-volume1.0cc-viscousity highviscous liqufication time 20 min-active motility 50% sluggish motilty sperms 30%non motilty 20% puscells few sperms count 37.6 millions cc

Your semen analysis report suggests infection.This is indicated by presence of pus cells.
It may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
Other investigation like routine hemoram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
You should consult your doctor.
