Are Light Bleeding During Periods And Nausea Suggestive Of Pregnancy?
Been trying to conceive for 9 months now, was on Nexplanon for 1.5 years prior to. Regular cycle. Cycle was due on the 28, started light bleeding on 27, today the 29 bleeding has stopped. Very nauseous since 26th. Chance of being pregnant? Have never had nausea during period before.

Only nausea is not sign of pregnancy..
If your next period is delayed than pregnancy should be ruled out by hcg estimation in urine or blood and Transvaginal USG ....
For increased chance of conception do intercourse mid in cycle and LH kit can be used for detection ovulation...
If can't conceive after one year of relationship than work up is needed like blood sugar estimation, serum TSH estimation, serum prolactin estimation etc...
If needed hysteoscopy like further diagnostic investigation done If needed
