Are Irregular Menstruation Normal During Menopause?

Ive been going through pre menopause for the last 4-5 yrs. I stopped having a period back in june And it has been wonderful. Until yesterday. Aunt Flo came back. Apparently she missed me and decided to come for a visit. My question is, is this normal? And after 8 wonderful months why would IT return?

premenouposal period does not continue for such a long period. this is a natural process for every owman has to gothrough. dry ness in all secreation. hot flashes, insomnea, anxiety, and depressive phychosis effect a lady. either one has to gothrough these problem and overcome them. or if untolarable the n hormon suplementary therapy can be given under medical supervisionit causes more mental tension then any other thing. counselling is recomanded.
