Are Increased Heart Beats, Mood Swings, Irregular Menses And Weakness Symptoms Of Hyperthyroidism?

About a year ago, i passed out while driving and got into an accident, went to the hospital and they did alll kinds of test (bloodwork, eeg, ekg, mri, ultrasound, ct scan) and the doctors said everything was normal.
About 2 months ago i've been feeling some unusual symptoms such as rapid heartbeat, increased appetite, mood changes, tremors, sweating ALOT, menstrual cycle changes, fatigue, muscle weakness, and insomnia.
Can this be Hyperthyroidism?

Hi
Yes you can have hyperthyroidism, because all your symptoms are symptoms of hyperthyroidism. If i was your treating doctor i will order the thyroid test(TSH,free T3 and free T4)to evaluate your actual thyroid function and a thyroid ultrasound to evaluate the thyroid structure. With all the results of the tests the diagnose will be clear.Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
