Are Hot Flashes, Sweating And Vomiting Symptoms Of Vertigo?

I AM EXPERIENCRING ROOM SPINS THAT ARE NOT ALCOHOL INDUCED. Accompanied by hot flashes, I guess, and profuse sweating and eventual vomiting. I am 39 and do not believe I could be pregnant as my hubby had testicular cancer and was told he cannot reproduce. It has been suggested by friends that vertigo may be my culprit. Any thoughts and/or suggestions would be appreciated

it is vertigo. not mrelated to pregnancy.can be neurological or middle ear problem or ophthalmic migraine. for final diagnosis requeres medical checkup by respective doctors. you should gofor hormonal analysis. thyroid functiontest is alsoindicated.vertigo is main problem but cause is to be diagnosed.
