Are Headaches Related To Sinus Pressure?

My husband has been having pretty bad headaches for about a week. We thought it was sinus pressure. It s been mostly on left side of the forehead. Tonight he experienced started tingling on the left side and down his arm. He says it feels like an allergic reaction. Does this sound serious?

Hello
While this could be a sinus infection, any series of headaches that last that long requires a ct scan of the brain and of the sinuses to check not only for infection but for brain tumors or bleeding in the brain.

The left sided arm tingling is not typical of an allergic reaction and that worries me since it may indicate a possible threatened stroke so he needs to see a doctor right away
