I think I m lacking a vitamin or something let me explain why. I have been getting headaches I found out from the doctor I had some stiff shoulders and neck tenderness. I got botox injections in neck and head temple and shoulders pain headaches went away then had problems with shoulders spams . Three months after injections doctor said you need either medical message or physical therapy tried medical message found out had bad spasms on left side between neck and shoulders little bulge then right side something like frozen shoulder. Today 2 days after message feel like a truck hit me all joints from neck to ankles hurting what gives??
