Are Having Dry Cough, Breathlessness And Voice Hoarseness Early Signs Of Heart Failure?

my boyfriend has a cough that dont go away it sounds like a dry tight cough, It seems he can barely breath at times, His voice sounds like he barely given out sound. He has been like this for a long while , times he says he feels nausia, what do you think he may have He says he read on conjested heart failure and he believes that is what he has.
