Are Free Beta Of 3.28 Mom And 0.79 Papp-a Normal During Pregnancy?
35 y/o female. 5 7 and 167 pounds. 2 prior normal births. Just had a positive first trimester screening result with free beta being at 3.28 MoM and .79 for the PaPP-A and NT measuring 1.9mm whch has given me a 1:64 risk. Fetal ultrasound has gestational age 8 days ahead of where I really am. Any thoughts
Hi I did review your condition and your Beta HCG is fine and your PAPPA is boderline and NT is normal. i would recommend you to go for an amniocentesis for a genetic analysis just to be sure. More often than not your baby will be healthy, but just to confirm a genetic analysis would do you good, I hope this helps wish you good luck
