Are Flatulence, Frequent Urination And Abdominal Pain Symptoms Of Ovarian Or Uterus Cancer?

I bloated quite often and have constant gas. I also have to urinate 3-6 times during the night. I have blly pain mostly in the morning. I also get back pain if I stand for more than 5 minutes. Also I have a collapsed bladder. Should I be concerned about Ovarian or Uterus cancer? Brigitte Arp

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Uterine cancer presents with bleeding from vagina and pain lower abdomen. Ovarian cancer is associated with weight loss and distension of abdomen due to fluid. I don't think your symptoms fit in either category. If you are worried, then an ultrasonogram of abdomen can be done to rule out the cause and allay anxiety.
