Are Fever, Chills, Cough, Sore Throat And Headache A Cause For Concern?

My son has been sick for 2 weeks with fever, chills, cough, sore throat, headache. He s been on the Z pack antibiotics for 4 days now, with little improvement. Today he had a fever again, lo-grade, as well as vomiting and a nose bleed. He rarely gets them. Is this recent development a cause for concern?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if is the infection and antibiotic given then it may take few days for fever to become normal one if it is not the infection and viral condition then also it will take few days ideally routine test need to be done for underlying cause of fever, hope this information helps.
