Are Fatigue And Loss Of Appetite During Menstruation After Effects Of Paragard?

I have a paraguard in. It s been in since October. I had to take flagyl at the beginning of the month and my period was due on the first or second. I didn t get my period till the 19th and it s just ending now. It started with brown spotting but I did have a heavy flow about two days ago with a lot of pressure in my bottom. The last four days I ve been extremely fatigued and no appetite. I have also been sick feeling. I could just close my eyes and go to sleep. I took a test and it was negative but what else might be the issue?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, given symptoms may not be due to pregnancy neither it is due to anything else but it seems to be nonspecific as long as the spotting and irregular menses is concern it may be due to hormone level changes hope this information helps.
