Are Extreme Tiredness And Muscle Cramps In The Arms Signs Of Heart Disease?

In the past year I ve been so tired no matter how much rest I get. Part of that may be my kidney stones. But I ve had them in the past and they didn t make me extremely tired all the time. Harder and harder to get going in the morning. Muscle cramps in both arms. The heat makes it worse. I m a heavy smoker, there is heart disease in my family. Could this be clogged arteries that are making me so tired no energy.

* As per my clinical experience, the extreme tiredness is less likely in
concern with heart problem then other possibilities as low
hemoglobin, deficiency of vitamins, trace elements, decrease
respiratory reservoir over weight and others.
