Are Extreme Pressure And Pain In Vaginal Area Suggestive Of Blood Clot In Pelvis?

I started with random pain the face of my vagina had so much pressure it felt like it was falling out when walking, then with sitting and standing. Now it is constant and painful. I had a hysterectomy about 8 years ago, I have lupus with antiphospholipid syndrome and just recently had a positive D dimer test. Pelvic exam was fine. Could it be a blood clot in the pelvic area?

Thanks for asking at Healthcare magic. I read your question and I understand your concern.
Severe constant pain in pelvic area with Lupus and antiphospholipid antibody syndrome... leads to high suspicion of pelvic thrombosis.
However it can vaginal infection, straining of pelvic muscles or arthritis.
I would like to suggest you to do Doppler ultrasonography of pelvic veins, Xray pelvis, transvaginal sonography, PT/APTT/INR, ESR... to look for flair of lupus, genital infection and venous thrombosis.
Take tramadol for pain relief.
