Are Extreme Headaches, Dizziness And Seizures Suggestive Of Brain Tumor?

Hi when I was a baby I fell from my mother s hand and later in my teens I started to get seizures and they realised is a hairline fracture I have. I would get severe headaches and go through a bottle of pain killers a week. Recently I started biting my tongue in my sleep. I get alot of headaches frequently, twice a day or more and normal painkillers don t seem to work. Two weeks ago I had to go to the ER because I had severe headaches and dizziness and the place was spinning, I also had problems writing. I was told that I should do a brain scan because I could have a tumor but to do it I have to have insurance and I can t afford it
